Shipping Policy

We partner with Printify to fulfill and ship all orders using a global network of trusted print providers. Shipping rates and options are automatically synced from Printify to your checkout for transparency and accuracy.

Production Time Most orders begin production within 1 business day after purchase and take 2–7 business days to complete (varies by product type, provider, and order volume). Embroidered or complex items may take longer.

Shipping / Transit Times (after production)

  • Domestic (US): Standard shipping typically delivers in 2–5 business days.
  • International: Usually 7–20+ business days (subject to customs processing).

Total estimated delivery time for a standard US order is often 5–14 business days from order placement. These are estimates only—actual times can vary due to holidays, peak seasons, carrier delays, or customs.

Shipping Costs Calculated at checkout based on Printify’s current rates for your chosen products, shipping method, and destination. We pass these costs through transparently. You may see options like Economy, Standard, or Priority (where available via the provider).

Tracking You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

International Orders Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or import fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order details. We’ll work with Printify to resolve it (reprint or refund where eligible).
