Return and Refund Policy

All products in our store are custom-made to order by our production partner Printify and their network of print providers. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, wrong color, or buyer’s remorse.

 

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, with a printing/manufacturing error, or is the wrong product, we will work with you to resolve it at no cost to you (free reprint/replacement or refund).

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photos or a short video showing the issue. In most cases, you do not need to return the item.

We will submit a claim to Printify on your behalf. Approved reprints are fulfilled and reshipped at no extra charge. Refunds (when issued) go back to your original payment method.

We are not responsible for minor print placement variations (Printify allows a small tolerance on DTG prints) or issues caused by customer-provided artwork that doesn’t meet guidelines.
